I have a 1999 Chevy Tahoe LS 5.7 4x4. I have the stock 4L60e tranny. I just completed a transmission flush, gasket with filter. I also put in Lucas no slip.

I feel jerking when I'm going about 60mph. When I checked codes, I got nothing. It feels as if my TCC lockup switch is going bad. I'm just not sure. I'm thinking of replacing the TCC lockup switch and selonoids to see if that will do the trick. I don't want to spend money on unnecessary parts it I don't have to. Any suggestions?

does your cruise control function normally? is before/after exactly the same? when you checked codes was it just for ones that trigger the light only, how about pending or history codes?

Yes the cruise control works and I feel the jerking the most when it's applied. I have no code history for the trans what so ever

Yes it seems to go away when I disengage the cruise but I also feel it when I'm driving normally. When I hit the brake, the jerky does go away until I accelerate again and stay at a certain speed without touching the brake.

then fir **** and *** watch your rpm tach. if it has a distinct difference of say about a 100 rpm or more then you will need to scan the sensors to find out if it is a senso'rs data causing it or a solenoid doing it. if the tach just blips or does not show a noticeable difference the check your cylinder misfire history first before proceeding to read the tranny data in case you are having random cylinder dropouts.
