8.1 is a tall deck. Has the same bore as the rat block 454 but a longer stroke to get the cubes. Different firing order too but that can be changed with the camshaft.

Side note... told my fiancé that I can’t wait to have my Side Hoe back! She laughed and glared at me. Come to find out, Side Hoe comes out to 7 letters, which will fit on a license plate. Checked FL DMV, and SIDEHOE is available
