you can take the radio and hvac and switches out and thw airbag and dry them with the hair dryer and then let them sit out in the sun on some tin foil or even just cement they will get plenty dry.

Is needed if everything is working so far? What if I just let it keep air drying.the trim piece around the radio is clipped on that comes off and then you have access to the screws to remove the separate pieces, I would take the ground off the battery while it dries out and you can remove the airbag and use a hair dryer to dry out that and the clockspring and other components
if you do not have a hair dryer they are cheap at the store, easy enough to just grab one
you might have to reset the clock, you don't really loose anything otherwise, the obd stuff will self test and reset on there own.And don’t you lose the cars keep Alive memory if you disconnect the battery ?
Idle will be good? Not worried about it being a bit high at first. Just wanna make sure it relearns. I didn’t have to relearn when I cleaned my throttle body. Which I think you actually assisted me with on hereyou might have to reset the clock, you don't really loose anything otherwise, the obd stuff will self test and reset on there own.
if it is working then no worries, disconnecting the battery will not make it loose the idleShould I worry about dash instrument panel? It was acting up but stopped now. Only did it the one time.
