Scratch that for the back up bulbs. After a trip to the store causing error code. May have to buy resistors now. Argh

I forgot to mention that I also had the tint added to the driver and passenger side windows, I also had the smoke tint added to the bright orange side marker lamp,

Installed resistors for back up light bulbs. Fingers crossed that this takes care of the error message. ;-)

Looking at the wiring, I wonder if the taillights are the same circuits as the trailer light plug. If so a resistor harness could be made to just plug in to the large round trailer plug to create the additional circuit load to offset lower drawing LED inserted in our taillights.

Highly doubtful. The trailers light circuit on these new models has a sensor that tells the truck if a trailer is connected. There have been issues with trailer sensing. Trailer light circuits likely have separate fuses, like the older models.

First time in real snow and ice. 450 miles on Christmas Eve day to pick up my Aunt and bring here to our house. Used AWD most of the way as the roads were a complete mess.

Looks like you might have GM installed power steps and mud flaps front and rear. If so, what brand are the mud flaps on each end? They appear to be effective.
