Installed Hella 500 lights. Up next is getting my leveling kit installed and ordering new wheels.

I've never seen ones from Belltech. I installed new OEM ones to replace mine which were really shot and it seemed my front raised back up 1/2" or so which I didn't want. Those look shorter than the stockers?
Yeah they are shorter. I had my OEM ones drilled out and then came across a post that a guy used these. They are perfect. Just barely touch at rest. You just knife the back to peel the mount out then pop them in. They are the same diameter and everything

Damn. Wish I hadn't just spent money for OEM's! Might just buy these anyway.

Well I decided to cut 1/2" from my OEM front bumpstops in order to save the $30 those Belltech ones would cost me. Then I installed the KYB steering stabilizer I bought. Steering seems more solid now. I recommend this to anyone with big wheels or tires. Front suspension seems a tiny bit better now too. IMG_5002.JPG IMG_5006.JPG

Done, that was the skid plate bolt. I had just pulled it before reinstalling . Unlike yours though, my skid plate bolt had threads so I didn't need a nut on the other end. Thanks for your help @pnwdan, I probably wouldn't have ordered the stabilizer if you hadn't let me know it works on the Denalis.

Finally installed new head unit so I can listen to music on the phone or iPod. Bluetooth is nice, too. Got the whole thing from Crutchfield and once again I'm impressed with their customer service and tech support.

About the only thing I didn' t like about this install was having to take a Sawzall to the brackets behind the factory stereo. No going back now!

I thought about running the Bluetooth mic up into the headliner but I decided it would be simpler and cleaner to put it on top of the steering column which is where it was on my last vehicle. It's kind of blocking my view of the DIC now so I may move it over to one side or the other.

Full steering wheel controls are nice, but now I wish I'd reprogrammed the OnStar button before I bolted everything back in (the steering wheel control module gets crammed behind the head unit so the only way I can get to it now is to unbolt the head unit and pull it out.)
