Dust shields huh? I Like to get rid of those usually if I can. Why are you replacing them? Rusted away?

I think mine are in decent shape I got a good deal on them figured I'd replace them and sell the old ones if there clean

Ill play along here, I bought my 03 on the 4th and have been replacing most of the standard stuff. The first thing I had to do was change the knock sensors since I had a p0322 code appear on my way home from buying it :893Chainsaw-Smilie-. I called the guy back and asked if he had been getting the light and he said it had been coming on and going back off... pretty sure he just unhooked the battery because once it came on it never turned back off. I didnt think to take any pics of my valley pan but it was a mess to say the least. Rear knock was in 3 inches of water and the harness was on it way out also so I replaced it as well.

Last night I went ahead and drained the radiator and changed all the hoses along with the heater hoses. I also changed the serpentine and AC belt. I finished up by adding on a $50 ebay intake that swapped right in with minimal effort.

Looking good. Knock sensors are typical on the nbs. I'm positive the seller did unhook the battery like you said. With all that coolant, it didn't just happen. There's a few guys in here running that same eBay setup. Dollar for dollar it's a good, cheap mod.

Got this put in also. Anyone have a link for a replacement filter for this eBay special? It makes a cool whistle sound when I get on it now, kinda like a turbo spool, but not as loud. But I'm not sure if it still will if when I put a good filter on it.
