Thanks brother, I think I'm going to remove the light bar from the front grille since I'm mounting one on the push bar

Installed a new front grille today...light bar in the grille isn't permanent, still undecided what I'm doing. Blinkers also need to be sealed better, they're full of moisture

Looks good. I like the grill. I sealed all my after market lenses with a bead of clear silicone. They ALL leak. Take the ones with moisture out and take as much of the moisture out that you can-rag, tissue etc, then hit them with a hair dryer. That'll get them nice n dry, especially those led parking lights. I cracked open a set of those, pulled those leds out and there was rust in there. Def don't need that. Since I ran the bead of silicone, no more issues. Forgot-- maybe run a thin bead on the bulb receptacles, where they screw into the back of the lenses, the aftermarket don't fit snug enough and they could still let moisture in.Installed a new front grille today...light bar in the grille isn't permanent, still undecided what I'm doing. you blacked out those cross bars for the core support! Nicely done. That is something that most people neglect with an open grille like that and it sticks out like a sore thumb
I'd love the punisher decal if it was silver or black or something. Just slightly more subtle. That's just me tho. Still a fan. Looks awesome.
I like everything in silver or black though so maybe thats not surprising.

I left the breathers in, figured it couldn't hurt. I took my rack off and just put the bolts back in the holes without silicone and it's been fine. Been off over a yr. Skip the silicone. The nuts for the rack are welded in, sort of.Thanks, I bought some black silicone last night since I'm gonna need to seal the roof after removing the rack...I'll try and seal the perimeter of the lenses after I remove all the water. Did you remove the 2 breather hoses or just seal them up on yours?
If your not losing coolant and the system is not pressuring, it's got to be the cap..prayers to the car gods.Just got my overflow cap. I'm really hoping this solves my issue. Interesting, part numbers are different. I wonder why. View attachment 75665 View attachment 75666
