Yes. Thoroughly. Only thing I can think of is it needs to be warmer (it's in the 50s
Damn that sucks. How many coats? Finish looks uneven , should be silky smooth. Was there corrosion or rust in the pockets ?

Yea I do my best to clean them but they are ****** wheels. I like the style but I'll replace them eventually

Powder coat must be sandblasted. Paint just sanded, but if you can blast it before paint even better

Yea it'll probably be cheaper just to get new wheels.

Side note I'm getting new tires next weekend so I'll probably try again with a new coat after that. Maybe I'll sand the wheels and throw some primer on them..... idk

What size rims are on there now? If there 20’s should be able to score a set of NNBS Denali rims on CL
