I tried this @Scottydoggs , and still didn't see the DRL's turn on. I'll try what @05Single suggested and see if I get anything. If not, the female connector that they plug into was black and charred when I pulled the halogen bulbs out, so I'll try replacing those since they got pretty hot.
Yea was just throwing out another option but both should work. Sorry to say but I bet your plug is fried. Happens to all of us ....literally :(

Another way is get two test wires and hook the light up directly to the battery and see if it comes on, to rule out factory defect.

its pretty common for those sockets to crap out. you can buy new pig tails, id try cleaning the contacts and some electrical grease first.
