@Bombsquad85 did you preload the torsion bar for reassembly? And remember don’t torque down your control arm bolts completely until everything is installed and the vehicle is sitting on its own weight.

LCA is kicking my ass. Lol. I have it installed but the torsion key isn' touching the bolt. It' all the way up. I guess I have to take it off and turn the Tbar till it touches the bolt then install it again?

Disssembly Was cake. I got the Milwaulkee M18 mid torque impact and that thing zapped everything off. Putting it back together.... we'll see

That' the LCA all the way up and the key is all the way up. Which is wrong because I would have no adjustment down so I need to take it off and put it back on with the key touching the bolt
Which lcas are those? Stock type or for lowered trucks? I guess this is what I have to look forward to.

They are the moog problem solver LcAs and the passenger side is in.

@M1Gunner so should the bolts be loose or just snug? Right now I have them zapped on with my impact but not torqued. And do you know the torque specs for them?

Also anyone with the beltech spindles. Did you need to cut the bolt for the UCA? I had to cut about a 1/4" off because it was touching the axle

@Bombsquad85 I have the McGaughy’s spindles but I had to trim the upper ball joint stud as well. You also have to trim the lower one if you ever plan on running 17” wheels.

So did you need to do anything with the torsion bars? Is it a pretty straight forward job?

After I figured put the passnger front the driver front was a breeze.

I'm 90% done. Just need my shocks and figure out how to move the sway bar over. My hardware didn'
Come with nuts for the sway bar bolts and I have no idea how to secure the drivers side bracket

Ok, thought this was an exhaust leak because header bolts were loose. Tightened them but noise is still there. I can't tell if it's exhaust or under the valve cover. Def noise from the top end somewhere. Opinions or suggestions?
