Ugh working on the front end. I'm stuck on this damn pitman arm. Idler arm and bracket went in easy enough but I think the pitman arm bent my puller.....

Hit the pitman arm with a dead blow hammer with puller snug. It should slowly loosen up, just keep tightening the puller as it moves. Don't try to just crank the puller or it will bend or break.

Tried that too. Damn thing would t move. I had to cut a relief cut into it

Took a torch and a large hammer to get mine off. Puller kept bending. I wouldn’t recommend it. I did it like that because I was replacing the steering gear and the pitman arm so I didn’t care I just need the pitman arm off of the gear box so I could send it back for core charge.
