The dry filter is more often preferred and recommended, but you can be ok if you don't over-oil it. It may be over-oiled as it is straight from K&N. Just pay attention to your fuel mileage, trans shifting and throttle response. If it starts to act up, you may need to clean your MAF again. If that is the dry filter, then you're good to go! I have the AEM version (K&N bought AEM years ago) and love it.

Just follow the instructions for the amount of oil you put on and you’ll be fine. Whipple supplied an oiled filter (S&B) with my supercharger and I have cleaned and oiled it a few times and haven’t had an issue with my MAF sensor.

I’d definitely go with Timken after what I’ve read in this forum. Especially for the same $$. I imagine the Moog will be fine though.

Threw together an Add-A-Sub over the past couple weekends, buddy at work made a box that hold a single 10" that fits between the second row captains. Made from 3/4 MDF we had laying around at work. Free Audiobahn 10 inch from same guy just sitting in his garage. Bought a second hand 500w Rockford amp and wiring kit from my brother. $80 total into it. Sounds good, gave the tunes some ********, easily removable, not too loud so the kids can enjoy when mom isn't in the truck. Going to carpet the box and call it good.
