Kind of.

Steering wheel buttons stil need programming. View attachment 249457 View attachment 249458 also I have to add washers so it sticks out from the bezel. I might add weather striping foam around the trim to hide the brackets u see her .

Cant you use a regular HU install kit / bezel with that?

Surprised you didn't need to cut that metal bracket behind the radio. I had to.View attachment 249464

He’s running an Android HU with no media player- it’s only about 2” deep. Look at the other picture.

Where is that actuator located at?
pass side rear panel cover. theres also a module that goes bad in the same location.

you can take the panel off unplug the actuator and manually turn it to cold, or hot. need to keep the actuator on the knob to hold the knob in place. (its the one on the side furthest back. the one up further and more to the top is for the air flow direction.) till you get the part in hand if really needed. i had mine locked on heat since last fall. just never took the 15 minutes to change the part after it came in.

I finally replaced that actuator after not having rear ac for 3 years. Turns out it was pretty easy, I should have done it sooner.

I wish mine were this easy. I have a hole in mine. [emoji3525] it’s been halfway assembled in the back for a year and a half. [emoji35]

The android radio came with it's own brackets.
I should hVe meaus6the radio it's exactly 7 inches wide. The opening is closer to 8 inches.

The hu can is as far up front as possible. I want it to stick out a little more. Adding washers to mounting screws.

Now I have to figure out which app to use with it. 20200607_173506.jpg

I had a Sony Android, but sold it because I wanted to watch movies. Should've kept it. You were able to do a custom wallpaper? The "GMC"

I see it came with it’s own brackets, and I see it doesn’t really look finished. So the question remains- can you use a standard install kit like a Metra or Scosche to make it look better? They’re only about $16, might be worth a try.
