You're not missing anything. Yet again, I see why northerners are generally happier than southerners. 70s, low humidity and no bugs would euphoric for me. Not to mention that scenery!

I'm a west coaster..lol spent years in Oregon, years in Washington, Years in California
go over by Klamath falls and you could cut those bastards with a knife in the air, if you laid down and let them you might be out of blood in the morning. :p

Oh yeah there are areas and certain years they can be bad. Not around here though.

Lol. Yep. I used Dupli-Color caliper paint. Just pull the slide pins out, separate the bracket from the caliper and what I use on the rubber is electrical tape to wrap around and tape them off. It works better for some stuff than masking tape because you can stretch it around small objects. Mask what you can, use electrical tape on what you can’t. Buy a couple cans of brake cleaner and clean then first with that and a brush.

I thought it would be cool to match -somewhat- the body color but looks like the caliper paint options are pretty standard.

ETA: Saw a poor, neglected Yukon out in the wild the other day, but he has the wheels I’ll be swapping shortly. I’m leaning towards red calipers..1330533c9209711d446a98a4bc798d15.jpg

I would go with red. You’ll see them, especially when you’re moving.
