Will a standard Z71 lower valance fit my front bumper without modifications? I’d really like to put round fogs in.. (2003 Yukon SLT)

Also, can anyone give me a part number, or link for the replacement plugs / trim pieces that hold the fan shroud in? I lost one the other day while cleaning up under there.. [emoji35] f17ae3eda3a73b2f5382bf3a7b466f16.jpg

I’ve been very pleased with the Accel 9070C short ceramic wires. They’re just short enough to avoid touching the headers. No heat sleeves needed. I’ve seen many of those fail to protect the wires anyway.

Do you have a pic of them installed? Although they are double or triple regular wires I'd consider trying them I have killed a few already.

Sure, not the best, but here you go:

Started my truck this morning and had a misfire on #7. Drove totally fine across town last night with no hint of a misfire but #7 plug wire was toast. View attachment 256979

I agree the way to keep the wires from burning on headers is to use the shortest possible to reach from plug to coil with just a tad bit of slack. That way the wires stay more centered between the header pipes so they don’t burn, and then you don’t need the heat sleeves which never worked for me anyway. My wires were always too long so they would flop over onto the header and the sleeve would just hide the burnt wire until suddenly misfires like crazy. I bought a custom set on EBay but I’ve heard the Accel ones like Sam mentioned fit perfect too.

Perfect I'm excited now.

I know, I know.. the heads are just filthy! I’m hoping to replace them sometime in the near future... [emoji16] obviously I need to clean them first though. [emoji106]

This may have been talked about previously but the search engine on this site does me no good, and I'm not wanting to get the cheap-o wish app stuff. Has anyone done the smoke colored wood grain pieces in their Tahoes? I'm looking for a good looking one, something to change the look of the interior without being too crazy. I already planned on getting the gray Denali style wheel. Any other ideas to spice up the interior would be great.
