Awesome, glad to see they’re still around!
Heck yeah! I’m really impressed with the GMT900 upgrade, combined with the stainless calipers. Kicks ass. I know they’re nothing like your Wilwoods, but I am unlikely to spend 5 grand on them. Maybe $1k after all is said and done. [emoji16][emoji106]. (Yea, I just went and looked them up... man they’re purty...) [emoji3166]

I suppose when I have the funds to do a SC, that will “necessitate” the Wilwoods... [emoji6][emoji631]

Just cause all the positive rave about it. Cheap enough to buy plus I'm sure the bigger wheels on the truck adds stress to gear box. The way I see it, it will only prolong the life of all the new chassis I just installed.
Which kit did you go with? Why was it a pita? I ask because I was thinking about doing it too. Feel any improvement?

Drove it for a few errands, then ran some evap tests with the Tech 2 when I got home. I've not had any frequent problems, just the "tighten gas cap" message twice, but not recently. Wanted to run some Tech 2 tests to get familiar with what to expect.

KYB SS15326

In the last 3K miles I have replaced
Inner/outer tie rods
Pitman arm
Idler arm and bracket assembly
Gear box
Front KYB shocks

My steering felt great already and I have lifetime alignment at Firestone so it would get checked after I installed every round of parts. I dont know that I feel much difference but I have only driven it on small streets under 40 MPH. No highway driving yet. I still have moog uppers arms and lower balls joints and new sway bar links that I should be installing soon.

Nice. Def gotta post what you think at higher speeds.
@Rocket Man, what's your take on this kit? Worth it? Felt a noticeable difference with it?

In my quest to appease the fuel vapor nazis.. er, the eh CEL P0455.. I replaced the vapor purge valve solenoid today. AC Delco part of course. Man, this intake is embarrassingly dirty. I think I need a need a TBSS, or NNBS intake to replace it.. [emoji3166]... but in the meantime, hoping this settles the CEL down and I don’t have to go further with the more fun parts replacements.

Hopefully just the purge solenoid. For sure Mark's SC would dress up that engine bay nicely...
