Yeah, I brought this up recently, since i was planning to do it.. but after a few responses stated the wiper arms may run into the hood while up, I’m not sure I want to do it anymore. I certainly don’t need any worse paint..!

On another note... my damn backrest heater went out this am. I had an idea it was going, because the last week or so, it’s been EXTRA hot.. so it hasn’t blown any fuse, but pretty clearly the wires are fried. I use this thing almost every time I drive. Gonna suck w/o it. POS back....

Anyone have a part number handy..? I needed to redo the bottom of my seat already, and have the leather and foam for that part, but now, need to do the top. And this is definitely not a job I’m looking forward to. I know it’s a PITA.

So I need to order the heat elements for seat, and backrest, as well as foam.. and I guess I might as well buy a new leather cover for the backrest as well...

Block heater replaces a freeze out plug. Def go with an oem replacement oil sending unit.

Nope, it’s an 02 thing. Don’t know why they changed. The hoods are the same so why aren’t the wipers?

I’ve never seen the foam for the back for sale, only the bottom because it’s gets worn out from big asses sitting on it.
