What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Most of my connectors broke off. It was my first time doing it so now I know how to approach that mf next time.

Didn't know a small question would bring so much feed back... so I'll get my 4 year old to use a swivel head rachet is what I've learned.

Swivel head ratchet is a big help too. I would rather do these all day than do #8 on a 98-02ish LS F Body.

Yeah, my 98Z and 99 30th T/A presented quite the challenge on #8 and back then I was a scrawny 135 pound kid.

Yeah I broke a plug wire too. The set was oold though, couldve been 190k miles old. Time to replace anyways.

Getting Tint done Saturday. I'm thinking 15-20% all the way around.

Needless to say I've got quite a bit of work ahead of me.

Has anyone been able to install all new amped 6.5/6.75s and still keep the factory center console subwoofer working?

If not, I might replace with a seperatly amped 6.5in loud speaker/sub, I like have the extra bit of bass up front and center.

Not sure how much of a difference it is between amped speakers versus woofers but I have 2 12"s and my center console sub still works. However it won't have its own "control" you have to adjust using band 1/2 vs the subwoofer level
