Swivel head ratchet is a big help too. I would rather do these all day than do #8 on a 98-02ish LS F Body.I just bought a 1" extension, heard that's the trick along with a swivel. I guess I'll see.
It's not that hard. What makes that plug so hard to get changed out.

Exactly a/c pan and being 6'2 260lbs doesn't make me very agile in a tight spaceNothing if you have the hands of a 6 yr old, and skin tougher than cowhide, because the A/C pan is sharp as F**k!

I only needed the swivel on number 8 used the short extension on all of them except number 1. Used the long extension on that one.Swivel head ratchet is a big help too. I would rather do these all day than do #8 on a 98-02ish LS F Body.

I've never used a swivel. Just a swivel head ratchet (flex head) and small 1" extension with short plug socket. Never had any issues after the wire is off. Sometimes they get locked on pretty good. So good that I've had many of them come apart and left the connector stuck on the plug. I have done plugs on far more difficult engines/car combos than these. Walk in the park compared to the LS F Bodies, or 3800 w bodies to name a couple.I only needed the swivel on number 8 used the short extension on all of them except number 1.
