What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Installed new AC Delco plugs today to see if my random misfire was caused by the NGK Iridium plugs I installed a couple months ago. I used my new 1" SK extension to do #8 with and it worked like a charm- total time was probably 1/2 hour. Last time it took me an hour to do #8 alone.

Edit: if anyone wants to clean their leather, I was checking out the Seat Shop videos and saw the one where they use Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner. I got awesome results today; the 14-year old backs cleaned up so well they look exactly like the 2-yesr old bottoms and now the colors match exactly. It even got rid of the shiny look on the old parts.

Not today but a couple days ago - dropped 700 bucks (ouch) on new cats, plugs and wires to cure a lack of POWWAHH on the highway. It would downshift one too many gears when hitting a hill on cruise control, and you could just tell all the HP was not there. Turns out one cat was almost totally plugged, yeah that would rob some power LOL

Thing runs possibly better than new now

I did the same thing when I replaced the arm rest. Amazing results like you said. When I was done, the whole seat matched the new arm rest.....who knew?

It's funny, I can see some potential!
You would have to reshape the front bumper, shorten it up to the fog lights and also modify the body kit behind the rear wheels to taper in and shorten those as well.

One thing I can't get past is the Yukon headlights, the Denali lights are rounded to match the whole frond end so now it just looks off!



Anyways I was bored and due to a recent road trip the interior was pretty dirty so I spent a couple hours washing the exterior and cleaning up the interior, I will try Scrubbing Bubbles for sure this week!

Today I painted the plastic trim with gloss black krylon for plastic. After reading a few above posts I hope this will help guide some. Excuse the pictures, I used my front facing camera to avoid my horrid normal one.

Changed oil, and got a new to me (junkyard) Air Bag front sensor. It wasn't the exact part # but it was identical, so I have it a whirl for 15.00. No more air bag light. Was also looking around underneath and noticed my tie rods. I posted this thread if anyone has any input I'd greatly appreciate it.

Was parked on a fairly steep incline yesterday. Noticed water dripping out of the tailgate. After looking around I found that the rear air box drain was clogged. Estimating a gallon of water or more came out.
