What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Well put the factory tires back on again and took the 22"off to get rebalanced for the 4th time !
I talked to them about road force balancing and they said it's good on the high way but not in town. IDK so they are talking them to another place to have them done. When I took them of this time I noticed the put stick on weights with the hammer on weights that don't seem right so let's see what happens this time. The last time I took the truck and they drove it and said it was good. I don't think they drove it

It can't be this hard to balance tire

Yea belle tire and discount tire get guys that don't know how to balance worth a carp.it takes someone who has done it for 20years to really know the tricks of the trade. ive ordered three sets of 26s and one set of 24s from 209customs eBay store and they come mounted and balanced, every set has been smooth as butter all the way up to 90mph. I never went faster then that with the big wheels on. So idk what machine 209customs uses to balance but it's awesome

I've got the stick on weights and he Road Forced balanced my setup. Thankfully no issues this end, and most of my driving is city under 45mph with a few trips on I-95. My friend's shop only lets one guy work on my tires/wheels. Nobody else is allowed to touch them. Just gotta find that one shop/guy who has the talent/skill to do it right. Thanks guys. If it don't work this time I will try road force balancing. I do a good mix of driving that's why I didn't just go to road force right away and they told me it wasn't good for city driving. @Fosscore you haven't steered me wrong yet so I will definitely try it next.

I think the next set of tool I am going to get is alignment rack and tire machines! I all ways do my own work. Every time some one else does it this happens. Three times back oh and forgot to mention the truck is back at the alignment shop too. Steering wheel wasn't straight and pulled to the left. Funny thing was it drove fine before it went ,I just wanted to double check since the new motor went in and the new tires went on. Wasn't sure if the 6.0 was heavier than the 5.3.

Sometimes larger wheels can exaggerate any bit of wear you have in your suspension. Also, unevenly worn tires can cause issues too. I was fighting it forever until I replaced all of my front suspension and tires. It's good at 60 all day. Recently I've developed a vibration at 75/80 that gets less violent at 85. Next I'll be looking at CV axles and drive shafts

I'm wondering if DynaBeads can be used on your tires/wheels. Might look into that.

I stopped by my body shop today and my cowl hood had just arrived. Going in for a test fit tomorrow before they do the bodywork and primer. I'll get a pic of it on the truck tomorrow.

What kit do you use?

First one was a DDM brand one that lasted longer than I thought it would, this newer one I can't remember the name of but it isn't a spendy one! Both were 35W setups
