What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

So, you can't pull the pan, to access the pump?
I was told it was probably too late. I actually have another motor, I just have to buy the usual--knock sensors, gaskets etc. I think I just rather do that instead of paying to replace the oil pump and related gaskets, only to find out it didn't work. For a motor swap, my buddy charges $500 just for labor. That's including getting it to run. I know to do the oil pump would be at least $400 just for labor--since I can't do it myself.

Seems like what I did for my old '88 GMC truck..... At 220,000 miles, I needed a valve job ( valve seals were bad)...... My mechanic told me to get a 350 cid, 4-bolt main for the same price.
That engine was fire breathing all the way 'till I sold it with 392,000 on the clock.

I started mine the other day... been about a month lol. Wife got a new suburban so this one has just been sitting as a backup vehicle.
04 with 122k miles ain't bad hahaha I do need to go drive it some though

Well I have about 7 codes showing up including 3 codes for Bank 1 Sensor 1 O2 sensor, MAF sensor and Knocj sensors (again) . Trucks running like a pig and I'm getting shit gas mileage. Bit the bullet and got a new 02 sensor, maf and know sensors and harness again
