The TA low profile is the only one I’ve found that will work with a panhard bar.
http://taperformance.com/proddetail.asp?prod=TA_1807A
But you also need the QA1 5262 panhard which bends around the diff. for clearance.
https://www.amazon.com/QA1-5262-Pan...t=&hvlocphy=9032956&hvtargid=pla-693856670157

This combo fits but barely.

Yes, that is correct. I found out after the fact that Spohn Performance makes a panhard bar that has has that angle to clear for aftermarket diff covers. I may change them both out down at some point in the future. i haven't decided yet. None of my vehicles see severe conditions but it's nice to have.

well with the EPA recently hammering on tuners and PPEI giving up on the offroad/racing tunes, my autocal is probably not very useful for the L5P duramax. unfortunately, i'll probably end up keeping the stock DPF bulls***.

anyone interested in the BBP autocal? i posted a while back that i have some VLEDs 5000k LED low beams for a tahoe/burb/avi as well. didn't seem to find any takers

Don't forget about the upgradeable fuel system. I never could get the fueling right and melted a piston one night pulling an SRT-4. Swapped in an 8K-mile 4.3 and started collecting LS swap parts. There were a few developments that came out soon after that mishap- modified GM 4.3 marine manifold, modified Edelbrock 2114 manifold and slightly larger poppet nozzles for the spider injection.
Wynjammer actually sells bigger fuel spyders for the 5.7/4.3! Just have to have the stock replacement walboro fuel pump. Alternativly, you can micky mouse swap the marine intake. I’m not sure when they started selling the injector spyders. One thing I do know, is that swapping an ls is more cost effective than the marine intake.

Edit: re read your post and saw you already mentioned the marine intake and maybe the wynjammer injectors are the slightly larger ones you mentioned. I’m still waking up, sorry for any confusion

Spohn doesn’t make one with a bend, at least not that I know of, I looked believe me. They make an adjustable to center the wheels left to right but it’s straight. If you found a Spohn with a bend Id sure be interested to see it. Post it up.
I need an adjustable panhard bar that’ll clear a nice diff cover....
I looked, and looked some more. I had a Spohn adjustable but it didn’t have a bend and when I bought the TA Performance girdle there was no way it was going to fit so I sold it. I contacted Spohn and they didn’t have a solution.

When I was looking for one I could have sworn I had seen a photo of a Spohn with a bend, then when I went to there website they didn't have one it seemed like maybe it was something they had sold at one time but took it down for whatever reason or I could have just been seeing things :boxed:

I really looked at Spohn, I love their stuff. Even their custom stuff where they build it to your specs doesn’t offer anything with a bend. I emailed them and wasn’t impressed with their answer which basically wasn’t any help. The QA1 was the only one I was able to find. So I am curious if anyone else has found a different one, especially a Spohn. Someone needs to make an adjustable with a bend around the diff.

Does anybody do a Wattslink to replace the panhard bar? That way it doesn’t move at all laterally thru the suspension cycle?

Yeah, the larger poppet injector spider didn't come out until years after I went through all my BS. And, yes, an LS swap is MUCH mo betta. When I was messing with it, the LS swap was still only for the ballsy ones with deep pockets. I hassled Scott Hamlin for the longest to help me with mine, even "under secrecy". After I got into supercharging, THEN he decided to start doing them for the public. Now, with plug-and-play harnesses, purpose-built headers and more info than you will ever need, there's no reason other than maybe sentimental to mess with the 'ol Vortec if you want that level of power and reliability.
