Well, I finally got it all back together.... BUT..... It's ticking, which I gather from the forum means it's leaking. I am not surprised. I stripped the first few threads of the driver side forward most hole. And that's not the leak. They simply will not snug up to the block. BUT THEY LOOK GREAT!!! LOL. I'm going to take it to a shop now that I can drive it...
How / who would be able to fix the stripped threads?
Should I take it to an exhaust / muffler shop, or to a engine / repair shop? Would an exhaust shop be able to get them tight, even if they have to remove and reinstall them?

I'd be concerned about why the bolts wouldn't tighten up. Are they too long? For the stripped hole, it should be an easy fix with the installation of a Heli-Coil: https://www.stanleyengineeredfastening.com/brands/optia/heli-coil
