Where does it go? Do you have a p/n? Is it at the bcm, steering wheel upper, steering wheel lower, any more information?

It's not a gm part. My truck doesnt have the heated steering wheel option. So i purchased a new clock spring and the wheel. Theres 2 green connector plugs on the clockspring, 1 goes to wheel, the other goes to a connector in the truck. Everything plugs up from the clocksping to the wheel its minus the 2nd green connector plug. The 2nd green connector plug is supposed to plug into some harness that provides ground and power. My truck doesnt have it. So the picture i posted is basically a male connector that i can plug into the hanging green connector and then I can wire it to ground and power. Im just looking for an official name i can search for it on Amazon or some other website

How many volts does it need? (12). Why can’t you just ground it and find (or install) a 12 v lead.?
