Interesting the rear is listed as a Dana Spicer but the front says universal. Wonder if it’s Dana Spicer too. That’s the brand I used for all 4 on my 02. It’s always been my go-to for u-joints.

What about the 4x4 spindles?

I can not say for sure......as in I only test fit on a 2wd. Now if the current calipers are the same by part number for the 2wd and 4wd.....one could assume that it "should" work with 4wd.

I only speak to the absolute facts that I have via actual hands on parts/installed

No. I don’t believe in greasable u-joints. The originals lasted 150k without adding grease. And in reality, when I replaced them there was still plenty of grease and they didn’t even look worn.

Interesting and I think my question about the manufacturer of both was answered. Since the rears are listed as Dana Spicer @$90 each and the front are listed as universal @$45 each I’m pretty sure the fronts aren’t Dana Spicer. I bought mine ( Dana Spicer for my NBS) from RA for $22 each.

the picture doesn't show the rear ones close enough to determine a manufacture stamp, but the dana is less than half the price, the front shows a stamp DD 14 ?
