What ISN'T a PIA to fix up there? Pretty much any fastener that’s not inside the cab is rusted up and seized. Sorry for that, glad we don’t use salt here in the PNW.

The funny thing is that we have gotten used to it. Just expect to need the extra care. Most times things come apart. The torch is your friend here.

I could NEVER get used to it. I'm spoiled!
I may do something about that driveshaft one day. I'm thinking I'll let it idle in gear while I hold my grinder with a wire wheel to it.

Yeah, the emergency/parking brake on my 2 mustangs are just a manual cable connected to a spring loaded lever on the rear calipers that just engages those

It'll just get rusty looking again. I don't know why, but all driveshafts do that unless they're aluminum.
Just get an aluminum driveshaft
