Fedex finally came!

too bad it's really late in the day, lots of yard work done.
Allergy migraine, and i'm covered with dust.
Later task.


Oh and i fixed my second hand engine hoist!

One of the damn legs had a slight bend in it, didn't notice until i had the engine headed out of the tahoe.

Took my HF 20 ton shop press, and a steel plate to spread the pressure across the beam as i took out the bends.
Then followed up with that same plate steel to square the tube up.

Sits real solid now.

Next i'll test it with the old engine block before i call it fixed...

Got some paint and clearcoat down where the Oring sits for the fill tube, pretty much hoping it will tighten it up and not flake into the oil...


And wind picked up right in the middle of painting these things, so it has a little trash here and there.

Coils will cover this for the most part, so meh.
