Replacing headlight bulbs. Passenger side is burnt out.

Figured I'd replace the radiator side baffles while I had the front bumper cover off.

What holds the bottom of the radiator? The bottom push fasteners on the baffle are right in front of radiator and I need to get about an inch clearance. The top push fasteners are the same, but I can get enough clearance by loosening the radiator and shroud bolts that are at the top core support.

Have to pull it straight up to get the bottom pins out of the mounts.

Would it be able to do that with all the lines and hoses still connected? Is there enough flex in them?

I probably just need to raise it an inch so I can clear the front side of the tank with the push fastener
Not a clue, never done it.

regarding wires thru firewall.. punctured the outer boot.. that thing is tight! was worried about pulling too hard next to other wires anyhow. I was feeding from inside cab to engine compartment. Had a stainless chopstick sil-glyded up.. but couldnt angle it enough and poked through. Might have a chance if you go engine compartment into cab, but the power wire for upfitter switches had a bulkier terminal on the inside, only had to slide a ring terminal on the other end.. think i got the yellow wire wrapped around..

probably just leave that yellow wire, distributes the stretch more evenly, yea thats it! actually meant to run in one loom, but it wouldnt fit what i had, so i seperated them..

I probably missed it somewhere. what are you wiring.

there's a tool for running wires thru firewalls. super useful looking, I've not used it. but want one every time I think of it haha.

I was able to tilt and pull the radiator out enough to get the pushy fasteners installed.

I need to replace the bolts/nuts on the trans cooler mounts with stainless steel or something. They're rusty. I just sprayed them with Surface Shield for now. That's another day.

Oh, also replaced the driver's door weather strip. It closes much more cushier now. Hope it cuts down on some of the wind noise I've been getting

Where do you GMT900 guys store your sunglasses? Looking for options. I really wish I had one of those overhead console pop down pocket holder things.
