this generation of trucks are getting older, your going to see more problems pop up especially from people that do not maintain things or are just learning that 160k is the point at which you either fix it or sell it.man I see so many posts of automatic trannys going bad left and right. I thought the 4l60 had a bad rep when used hard, all these newer 6 and 10 speeds seem to lunch themselves at $8-10k a pop every 150k miles less. at least the poor. 4l60 lasted forever if just daily driven.
what happened to drivetrain reliability the last few generations across all these automakers.
