Yup. Grandma rear ended me and then this. Haven’t had her back for two weeks
Didn't you just get it outta the body shop?
I hate that, sending mine in shortly, im more inclined to just take them the parts and have them paint them and give them back, it sits in the body shop and gets all there crap on the rest of the truckYup. Grandma rear ended me and then this. Haven’t had her back for two weeks
I did the hood pin thing, be sure you get a quality pin (if there is such a thing) because I have to wiggle mine to make contact. I am currently looking for a different way, probably a tilt switch. Here is what I did. http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/kenny-ds-tahoe-to-go-thread.92097/I think I have my underhood light idea narrowed down, I can run it just under the front frame lip edge where the battery cable goes across and it wont be the way of anything at all, and I will probably just drop in a hood pin and make the pin the ground for simplification.

I was thinking you probably just need to swap out the nuts on the hood pin to copper or zinc or something of that nature-hardware store has all that stuffI did the hood pin thing, be sure you get a quality pin (if there is such a thing) because I have to wiggle mine to make contact.
