What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Could be the fuel. Until you run that tank out, be sure the MAF is clean and all the harness connectors are clean and tight, particularly the MAF and throttle body ones.
So should I take it to a shop and have them look at it? Is it safe to drive around until that tanks empties and put reg in? If it's safe, I'll just run it dry and put 87-89 oct in it. I'd rather not take it to the shop and pay diagnostic fees for something I already know.

I think you will be fine with Stabilitrak disabled. I’d drive out the tank and refill as you mentioned.

If it's not stumbling or missing bad enough that you feel it, then drive it out. I'd check those other items, though. You don't wanna hurt the trans with ~200 miles of hard shifts.

I’d bet a dollar that the E85 you put in was garbage. You might try dumping a couple bottles of octane booster in.

Actually get a few bottles of that Heet (yellow bottles) gas line antifreeze and water remover. It contains methanol
