Getting thwapped on the head is not fun at all. That being said, I was using a prybar one time and really had the coals put to it when it slipped out of my hand and got be right between the eyes. About knocked me out. The funny thing was my sinuses started draining like crazy. My sinuses were never that clear ever. I swear I could smell wild flowers 10 miles away!

Got my u-joints replaced today, no more ridiculous noises. And who knew they needed needle bearings to work, haha. All mine had was a fine dust, crazy.

Is that the Eagle Eyes one?

Before you put it on, can you look on the inside that goes towards the glass and see how the actual red LED part is attached to the housing, and if it looks like it might be a bit adjustable?

Mine hangs down a bit on the passenger side and I didn't really look at it good enough before I installed it to see if it could be adjusted.

you can take it off and probably adjust it from the back

I did try it with both disabled and the slippage/traction light would still come on when punching it through the snow or around a corner.

Drive in M2-3 and you will not slip or will be minimal..


never had a issue being in M gear in snow


Now in drive(D) i slid out the rear end going a few mph the rear was still going straight after i all ready i made my turn...



NEED a LARGE amount of Torque while in slushy snow

and you can only get that a low gear M2-3 with V8 ONLY... yes your MPG might suffer but it's cheaper then damaging something few more $$ in gas is cheaper then spending $3,000 in repairs..


plus you get the added bonus of engine braking in the snow i could pretty much stop with the engine braking alone from 35mph

I had the spark plugs and wired replaced by the dealer. $500. They recommended a coolant flush and replace all the hoses for $1200. The $500 for the plugs and wires was high but at actually laughed at the coolant/hose price!

Holy crap $500 for plugs and wires? AC Delco parts would be about $125 and it takes all of a half hour to change them so what exactly did they charge for labor?
