I never go to a scratch o matic.

I wash my own and detail them.

Nothing more rewarding imo.

Body shop detail different from" detailers". Imo keep them separate.

The place I go has separate shops for detailing and body shop so it's all good. You're right, they are completely different skill sets.

I took my power running boards off and put stationary ones on my 07 Denali XL.
driver side motor went dead. looking to sell if anyone is interested. inbox me. but that sucks man that you have to go to the body shop now.
