I heard that.

i while back it had some big problems and being concerned while you mess with tyou phone while driving adds a danger to it too. and because it is a cool new things the danger increases. the idea was if you were going to get something for diagnosis get something that you ca look at while not moving or just glance at while not having to take your hands off the wheel. like a tablet or laptop in a good solid position. with software and hardware interface(wired if possible) that can can record but also see the the more technical stuff. and not just the stuff that is on your gauge cluster already. the reason why if someone had to start simpler would be to use a scangauge is because it has a very useful trip computer built in and can freeze frame date when faults pop up. from there i would go full fledged diagnostics systems. either laptop or handheld based because they can do so much more.

You are right about distraction with the phone. I will be getting a tablet in the near future byt for now I have it sitting in a propped position and I agree that a bigger screen / laptop and true diagnostics would be the way to go. This app does a bunch of different stuff, just haven't had the chance to look into everything. I didn't get for purpose of running it as a diagnostics but just for the small functions I've used so far such as the mpg. It reads codes as well and shows info on o2 sensors like heat and voltage which I wanted to see also because I had a code for that and wanted to look more into ( which has gone away since installing my k&n).

You know contrary to popular belief he doesn't know everything.

that app is fine as a cool gadget and to read codes. I would get it if I didn't have a gay ass iphone. (3 more months!)

Put my 6" lights on I bought a few weeks ago.

I think they need a little bit of tint on them so they aren't as noticeable.

I like it a lot. After the first couple tanks of gas I settled down on how I drove it and the whole feel of the truck just seems better. I don't know how much the PO really took care of this truck but replacing everything is making it better. I def like opening the hood and seeing that sitting there.
