Pulled the blower motor out and cleaned out everything my bleeding claws could pull out from the rat trap of a heater core. Unbelievable amount of scuz in there. Replaced the blower resistor so it blows a little bit better now. I also replaced the windshield wiper arms and washer fluid spray tubes (I figured I was all up in there so why not?).

how did you get past the a/c core to reach the heater with just the blower off?

Yes. K&N sits there now and had 2 magnaflow cats installed

Put my sub in. 500Ws of bass now. inspected U joints. Front one on the rear driveshaft is worn badly and the rubber bushing are non-existent. And hear my fuel pump make this sound http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0EV8LoY0N6A and after some googling it looks like thats my pump tearing itself apart from the inside out.
