What did you do to your OBS GMT400 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Put my Yakima LoadWarrior on today and nearly froze to death.

salt is no problem here neither. now amarillo on the other hand might be worse. i drove the hoe today since sol wouldnt start. gotta swap the dizzy and see if it fixes it

The problem was the distributor cap scraped the contacts on it and sprayed wd40 in it started right up.and now my 4 WD won't engage .

thats one reason im glad my tacoma has a man t case and hubs...although we dont get snow here to ever need to use the 4x4 on the road

It sure is, That's from my Passat. It was just for temperature readings sake, since my Yukon doesn't have a Temp gauge only compass.

Just found a nice center console out of an 03 yukon xl at a yard for $65. They are taking it out and I'm picking it up tomorrow. Hopefully installation goes well for me...still trying to figure out a way around the 4x4 floor shifter. 4x4 doesn't work right now anyways so may just worry about it later down the road when I have that fixed. Very excited though lol.

Changed out my rear end oil about a week or 2 ago... Discovered a leak so my 6 and 4 y/o climbed underneath and buttoned everything up...

After jumped on the freeway and at WOT volt meter dropped down to 9 volts lights and everything dimmed and she almost died out... Possible ground issue..? Any ideas fellas..?

maybe but what does your battery voltage read with a dmm directly on the battery when the gauge reads low?

I installed the new Kenwood head unit and Kicker speakers. Sounds much better than the old stock stuff, of course. My wife even said the phone call I made to her sounds good.

This weekend its the air bags and controller.
