I spent the afternoon taking out my rear springs yesterday.

This front Bolt was a Pita!
The orientation is a design fault.

I was preparing to take the tank out to be able to get the pin out.
So I asked for advice and the answer was chop the thing off and reverse orientation when re assembling!
I thought yeah that sounds better!
Outside came off easy with the cutting wheel.
The inside by the frame was painful but got there in the end with it.

Am on holiday for the week so will take the springs down to get rebuilt today.

Going to add a leaf to firm the rear up to assist with load carrying.
Should handle much better.
Have new bushes to go in the springs and that will be all the link rod and suspension bushes replaced.

Might look to a heavier duty gas shock. These Munro's are better than the stock shocks i replaced em with so I'll see when the springs are back in!
