Bad tensioner likely. If you take the belt off and spin the ac compressor by hand, does it feel rough or hard to spin? The clutch or the pulley. They should move freely. If not it could be a bad compressor

Thanks, I'll check it out tomorrow.. The compressor makes sense cause the air doesn't get as cold at times, mainly at idle it seems.. Unless the tensioner could cause that too?

Excessive drag can make the tensioner do that. Since the tensioner is spring loaded and the extra drag can load the tensioner and when it gets to the point where there enough to overcome the drag it will try to return to the resting position. Like a constant tug of war.
Also failing/weak tensioner. Even if the compressor is ok it's still a added resistance on the tensioner.
