What does this sound like?

There's this whiny sound that's coming from somewhere around the passenger side dash. I'm not sure what it is, I recorded video of it so hopefully someone can tell me, thanks!

Your stomach is growling, there's a dog stuck in the vent, you stuffed the neighbor that never cuts his lawn in the air box or it could be the diverter moving back and forth.

Hmmm.. No I just ate, and I ran that dog over twice just to make sure.. And the neighbor doesn't say much now days because last time he did was the first time he had to start eating all his meals with a straw. If its the diverter moving back and forth ill try there. Do you know if ill have to remove the whole dash for that? I'm going to be removing it anyways to replace the passenger side airbag, I want to get a list of things to do while I'm in there so don't have to remove it again. Thanks for the leads!

There is a motor down by the floor that controls the door. Mine used to go nuts and then just started working normal again. Didn't quite make the sounds in your video, but that's my best guess other than possibly the fan.

Heater core might be going out? Mine wqnts to die and its whining

How does a heater core go out? Unless it has a leak, it's basically a radiator. Maybe the bypass valve in the engine compartment attached to the heater hose is failing?
