ok moved it for you. Make sure you reconnected everything. You may need to reverse what you did and try to work backwards.

Is there any alarm wire that connects the radio that could have disabled the vehicle? I just used a volt meter and my battery is showing 12V. Could I have shorted something out? I have gone back and reconnected the 3 wires and I got nothing.

Sounds stupid but common mistakes I've seen:

Make sure vehicle is in park and not a gear after removing radio bezel
Make sure batter is hooked up if you disconnected

I'd undo the wire splicing you did. Try and see if it starts. If not check thru the fuses. The wires you messed with shouldn't cause any problems so I feel it's something else minor and it's being overlooked.

When U turn the key to "on" position does anything else work. Windows. Ac blower fan?

Lastly I have seen radios and stuff throw the truck into security mode. Look up security relearn on google. I would but I'm on my phone so it hard to paste. Follow the steps...it might fix it

No electronics are working in the vehicle, It won't even crank. The only thing that happens when you turn the key is the check engine light comes on and blinks but thats it. The battery is hooked up and it is in park. I'll go through the fuses now

Could I have shortened out the battery? if so, would it still show 12V on a meter?

I don't think you shorted the battery. I'm baffled tho. If you never disconnected the battery there is a good change u blew a fuse somewhere. Finding it will be up to you
