DAMN!!!! Just DAMN!!!!!

Jumper Cables! Always used them to help someone else.

Yes!!

Gorilla wrench saved my ass several times. Tire shops usually tighten the lug nuts way to much and it's a pain using the car's wrench. Bought a gorilla years ago and it's so much easier. Amazing what leverage can do.

What kind of Tow/Recovery strap do you have? I've been wanting to add one of those to my "Essentials" kit, but I've been hesitant about which one to buy. I don't want to inadvertently end of with a crappy one, because when the situation arises that you need that strap... You really effin need that strap...

Just the regular cheapo shit. If this can't handle the job call a tow truck because I'm not wrecking mine. It's so long you usually wind up doubling it up anyway.

I only have a 3D cell maglite, but it is always within arms reach. I can't remember the first person to do this mod, but I have seen several members on here mount a maglite under the glove box. Here's mine.

Mine is right next my seat in between the console and drivers seat. Ive had/have one in every car ive owned, my accord has the 3 d cell and truck the 4. It slides right in between on top of seat track, snug too doesn’t move or make noise.image.jpg

Speaking of making noise, the first time I mounted mine it made a shitload of noise. I quickly realized that it was the batteries inside the flashlight rattling around. So my solution was to slide the batteries out and wrap a paper towel around the stack of them, then slowly slide them back into the flashlight with the paper towel still around them. So it's essentially a paper towel wedged between the batteries and the metal flashlight housing. Worked like a charm because it's never made a lick of noise since then.
