The Tahoe is more my wife's truck than mine so I sometimes have to ask her for the keys!! She uses it to tote our little fella around and I'd much rather he be strapped into a Tahoe than the GTI I drive daily. I do, however get the "honor" of maintaining/cleaning it though....... :emotions122:

^^^This x2!! Love the peace of mind having the fam in our Hoe. It's Black which is a ***** to keep up. My wife is pretty good but I always have to remind her and the kids about leaning against the paint or scooting by it with their zippers/ jewelry etc... I've given up on keeping the interior pristine although its not horrible; this why we have leather and weathertechs. I will probably have a heart attack when we get rims on in spring tho. Occasionally the in laws drive it since they commute with my wife to work, but everyone knows not to be "nice" and try running it thru the carawash or something like that.

When I had my XL with 24s and 3/5 drop I wouldn't mind letting her drive it because she has 24s on her car and knows how to drive with rims. I just tell her dont haul ass and dont turn up the system to attract cop attention. My burb I dont mind at all just dont turn up the system and dont haul ass cuz this one is a hell of a lot faster than the XL.

My wife drives the Denali more than I do because I work so much and she's very careful so I don't worry. I actually like driving my work truck more because I can drive it like I stole it.

That is when you give her the keys, she busts a rim, and you can play a guilt trip on her for 24's.

Wow old thread bring up. lol. Yeah now she is using it more and more since we had the twins. Now spring time comes around I wan't her to get a new car but she likes to keep the Jetta still thing only has 40k on it. So if she is not getting a new one then CTS-V will be mine by summer and she can use the Tahoe as much as she wants. But still little scared now since this was back when I had 24's now she ridding on 26's.

Lol great idea!!

Mine sucks at driving and honestly I wish she didn't drive an escalade bc she acts like she is driving a ************* vehicle and does not care about it at all. So far she has run into TWO non-moving objects. Once she ran into a pole parking and scratched up the front bumper and then she ran into the pole at the gate leaving the airport parking lot and scratched up the driver side window. Both times I was with her in the passenger seat just shaking my head. And then when I tell her she needs to be more aware she has the nerve to get mad at me for "telling her how to drive". FML.
