I've been price shopping superchargers but I'm on my second set of motor mounts on my 6.2.

I don't think the current gen has any different brakes.
My patrol Tahoe, which I loved until I had to turn...from what I understand, only had a different alternator and dual battery set up. Other than that, radiator, brakes etc were all the same.
Springs shocks are different, wheels of course, rear diff and 2wd....
But I am fairly certain on the current models they are the same brakes

So.... I checked out hennesseyperformance.com. They're claiming 500hp + out of the 5.3L DI motor (2015 Tahoe). And it doesn't look like there are any internal engine mods being done. Is that even possible with the 5.3 motor???

Yes, at sea level with smallest pulley on a TVs 1900.. you can probably add 150hp.. so 355 + 150 = 505.... Now imagine the same with a 6.2...

yup
they use a whipple 2.9 (stock pulley), where as callaway & others use a tvs1900.
they will also do a bit more tuning.

also keep in mind this is HP @ crank, not tires. they rate HP just like manufacturers.
so we are really only talking 20-30 HP diff

henn - 508 (whipple 2.9)
calla - 480 (tvs1900)
linge - 475 (tvs1900)

now once you start doing supporting mods...this is where huge HP gains/differences can be made/seen.
