I have a 2001 Yukon Denali with some differential issues and some transmission issues will a 2000 Yukon sle differential and or transmission fit in my 2001?

physically they should fit
the issue is the drivetrain setup
for instance if your denali is awd or selectable awd? or 2wd, a 2001 could maybe be any of those
other than that the differential gear ratio has to match i.e. 3.42, 3.73 etc
2000 was a odd ball year gm made both obs and nbs, but the transmission (i think) was the same up to 2002.

The 2000 is also a 4 wheel drive vehicle? Is so, just swap the transfer case. If it's a 2wd, then the transmission won't work.

Rear end will swap no issues, just as long as you keep the matching gear ratio.

Both of these are GMT800s, I'm pretty sure. Correct?

I think for 2000 the only GMT400 was the Denali? On that one, nothing would swap to the GMT800.
