I have a 2001 Yukon Denali with some differential issues and some transmission issues will a 2000 Yukon sle differential and or transmission fit in my 2001?

physically they should fit
the issue is the drivetrain setup
for instance if your denali is awd or selectable awd? or 2wd, a 2001 could maybe be any of those
other than that the differential gear ratio has to match i.e. 3.42, 3.73 etc
2000 was a odd ball year gm made both obs and nbs, but the transmission (i think) was the same up to 2002.

The 2000 is also a 4 wheel drive vehicle? Is so, just swap the transfer case. If it's a 2wd, then the transmission won't work.

Rear end will swap no issues, just as long as you keep the matching gear ratio.

Both of these are GMT800s, I'm pretty sure. Correct?

I think for 2000 the only GMT400 was the Denali? On that one, nothing would swap to the GMT800.

Then you'd likely need an AWD 'none selecatble' from another Denali or Escalade?

As for the 4L60E, I imagine that you'd also need one from another Denali or Escalade.

All that said, it's very likely that a better long-term investment'd be to properly rebuild the ones you already have,
unless you are SURE that whatever you get from the other Denali / Escalade are in GREAT shape.

haah, when I had my 00 and needed a front diff a rebuild was $1200+ (way back), snatched a used one out of the junkyard (that looked like it had already been gone thru anyway) for $60 waaaaay ahead of the game, it lasted past 324k when I sold it, still saw it on the road a couple years later

Front or rear differential? The front axle tube on the right side is different for the AWD than the 4x4. Rear axle may have different brake setup, so that may have to be swapped over. There is a lot more info we need here before we can really help answer anything. Where is this donor vehicle at, can you get a picture of the RPO sticker from the glove box, and a picture of yours? That will help answer some of the questions.
