check with www.suspensiononline.com, the vendor on this site, he purposely shipped me 2 sets of the extenders, to insure i'd get em in time, i believe hes trying to resell them.

Is that roll pan weld on or bolt on? Will it fit a 2001? And any modifications required to the spare tire carrier mount/ Location needed?

its a weld on or bolt on. will fit 00-06 hoe/kon. about 4" of frame have to but cut off, but thats with any roll pan, and spare tire mount can stay, donno if the spare will fit but it will be more visible
