You can now say good bye to auto stop

First post here, but we picked up a ‘21 RST today and it (hallelujah) doesn’t have the auto stop and start.

What is in place of the button that once controlled the Auto Stop and Start? My Denali is being produced in a couple of weeks.

Nothing but a $50 credit towards MSRP.
They most likely will leave it blank.

Just a blank tab with no decals or anything. I’ll try and get a picture.

We have this on the Yukon, but it seldom activates. My eAssist Sierra had the start/stop but with the hybrid motor to restart things it was almost unnoticeable.

With AC on max, its not supposed to do the start stop, unless they have since modified it from the programming I am used to of the 2010 Hybrids.

I can confirm that max AC prevents the start/stop. We've been in a major heat wave here, and the auto start/stop hasn't been happening at all with the A/C on max.

CONFIRMED! I took delivery of my Denali today. The button is still there, but the functionality is NOT! Yay!
Update 7/15. I was mistaken, unfortunately. The button is there because the functionality is too on mine. Damn.

Does this mean mine is missing the start stop as well? Man this just gets better and better we really lucked out with this truck on the lot. There's a good chance that I went and test drove this thing and it was starting and stopping on me I would not have driven it home. I seriously cannot stand this start-stop nonsense.
