The truck really isnt all that bad all things considered ( size, comfort, use, towing ability, etc) compared to let's say a pathfinder or 4 runner. He'll I traded my 4runner for this Tahoe because I was seeing 13mpg either way I might as well have done it comfortably lol

Well I have had My 2001 since it was brand new and My 2008 since it was new too. I'll get ride of the 08 before I get rid of My 01.

Do you need the size and power? If so then keep it. As you said, its paid for. Trade in you may only get 12k for it.

If you can do with something smaller, then look to trade it for a newer used car/truck/suv. I know that the mpg can be a real concern. Here we are averaging 4.09-4.15 and summer has not even started.

I have an 01 with 130mls on it. I bought the truck in 09 with 86,000 on it. I had to fix a couple of things, but the truck is paid for. I was thinking of purchasing a newer model once I hit about 200,000 do to possible engine and tranny issues. I have been pricing newer used suvs and these stealerships have ridiculous pricing for these suvs. I will fix what ever goes wrong with my 01 before I pay what they are asking for since my interior and exterior is still strong. These tahoes are great for families.

I say it's a no brainer.... Bought it new in 05 paid off now and only has 60k on it you have like another 25-30k miles till you see any *minor* maintenance!!!
Good luck and welcome

I agree with everyone. At that mileage, keeping it for a few more years is the best plan.
