Hello, long time lurker/reader. Most of the time I am able to utilize the search function and find answers with due diligence but this one has been tough to find similar issues/complaints.

2011 yukon XL 2WD (ZW7 suspension code) with 270,*** on odometer showing service suspension system warning on instrument cluster.
I have searched Google as well as on this site and can't come up with any reasonable matches.

I purchased the Yukon used and suspect that the cluster may have been swapped. Some discrepancies between mileage on cluster and car fax, as well as previous registration mileage.

This Service suspension warning has been active since I purchased the vehicle. Really good price, came with a few issues and am attempting to correct the multiple DIC warnings.

Tpms- I have confirmed 1 bad sensor and will correct when replace tires.

"Service park assist" - has minor impact to rear bumper but I have not put any troubleshooting in to this area to confirm bad sensors.

"Service trailer brake system" - Basic visual inspection performed but I have not been deeper.

I do have a check engine light on and have confirmed the code is for the crank position sensor.

These are the codes/warnings that I am working with but my focus is on the suspension system warning. What has me scratching my head is the fact I have standard coil over struts in front and what appears to be (non nivomat)(non air-no compressor) rear shocks.

What could possibly be throwing a warning on the ZW7 suspension?

That's a new one to me. You are getting Z55 type messages and you have the ZW7 dumb suspension. Does your RPO sheet include G65 or G69? Do you have a compressor behind your left rear tire?

Do you have the JL1, Integrated Trailer Brake Controller on the driver's knee bolster under the left side of the steering wheel?

In order to access these codes, you need a scan tool or OBDII adapter that can read chassis and bcm codes. If you have an IPhone with the CarScanner app, you should be able to see all codes like my kids can. I have an android with Torque Pro and can only see engine codes with the adapter.

I have a vcx nano on the way but won't have it set up for a few days to a week.

Attached rpo codes.

My curiosity makes me wonder if a cluster from a z55 or other rpo code would trigger this warning...
being that the mileage on this cluster seems to be off by about 75 to 100k compared to the car fax history as well as getting the 3rd degree from the registration office when I transferred the title. They seriously confirmed the mileage with me 3 times and picked up on the fact that a large amount of miles were "accumulated" between the registration/title transfer.

You read my mind about the possibility of a switched cluster causing the errors.

When the wheel bearings start to go the abs sensors will trigger the suspension warning without a DTC.

The truck doesn’t have RPO code JL1 for an integrated trailer brake so I’d have to confirm all or most of the DTC is coming from a swapped cluster.

Time to go shopping for a new / exchange cluster then see what’s left after it’s properly coded and installed. I believe a tech2 can extract the correct milage out of the ECU for the new cluster.

I think you are right, all those codes are for vehicles with different options. Keep us posted on reprogramming the IPC. Don't forget to write down the odometer and hours beforehand, you MIGHT have to enter them again though I think this was only for new clusters.

Definitely will update with results. Might save someone else a headache down the road
